Back from shopping. Holland.

Back from our bike tour, in fact we visited my dad
and stayed there overnight. Made this one just a few
blocks away from his home, ... besides a parking lot,
and being late in the day everybody came back from shopping, ...

"Terug van winkelen." Doetinchem, Holland.
(Back from shopping.)
Oil on board. 20 x 24 cm.

It has been a while since I stopped by. I have missed my daily peek at Holland. Your blog is like visiting an old neighborhood I once knew. Maybe in a past life? Some things have changed in your work recently. Your paintings are much warmer and deeper in color.. Glad to see you enjoying the sun.

Even though it is winter, your paintings are becoming more and more colorful.
How do you thin your paints? Do you use a medium?

It is always nice visiting the Netherlands through your paintings.

Cheers from Vienna.

Thank you all,

Pablo,
who knows your gonna visiting it one day?

Peter,
how nice from your to stopped by!
I don't know if you ever lived here, lots of American ancestors did. I am experimenting a bit with my palette maybe that's what you see, I reckon you are liking it, soo thanks for pointing it out.

Stefan,
More and more colorful hmm, ... It's not that I do it on purpose, but when it does, I am not gonna complain I use "Gomterpentijn" (a lot) and skipped medium a couple of years ago, .. lately I thinking and using a tiny bit of liquin but don't know what to think of it yet.
