It really does, it really feel like spring, ... I would like to see some snow this winter though.

A great day yesterday, it almost feels like spring, ... not that it shows on this painting it was painted in the middle of a pinetree forrest.

Forgot my turp, ... but then again it gives some more juicy painting doesn't it?

Maybe I should get rid of the turp at one point in the painting, what do you think?

It's still very grey out here, and hard to imagine that up North

the iceskating on the roads caused by glazed frost.

Aweful grey yesterday, and today as well I'll have the idea.

Anyhow it gives nice moody subjects and together with the constant light you can take a lot more time to paint.

First of all I wish everyone reading my blog a Happy New Year, ... hopefully with some

more peace and happynes this year in this world.

I wasn't able to paint outside yet and looking outside now it's not very tempting either

but I have some "leftovers" from last year so don't worrie.
