Those moments of a splendid sunset are soo shortlived you should plan them a bit more then I did with this painting, ...

Again thank you both for the nice comment.

René PleinAirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03368603005553165550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27887388.post-3210041634316716572016-01-13T15:32:52.889+01:002016-01-13T15:32:52.889+01:00Very nice, can feel the atmosphere in both.Very nice, can feel the atmosphere in both.jimserrettstudiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16604574528873628463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27887388.post-36406260627899456372016-01-13T15:32:01.374+01:002016-01-13T15:32:01.374+01:00The first painting is beautiful, with the soft pin...The first painting is beautiful, with the soft pinks and blues, but I actually really love your 'failed' attempt! It's very atmospheric, the colours are beautiful and the composition is very pleasant. I think as the artist, you are always comparing a painting to what you wanted it to be- as a viewer, you just judge what you see. Sometimes even the things you think are 'failures' can be beautiful and inspiring to someone else! It's a shame you're not selling it, but then I don't have a lot of money to buy art right now anyway. Ah, the joys of being a just-starting-out artist!

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck with your art and look forward to your future posts!JM Needham Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15359790501450456160noreply@blogger.com
