First I wanted to paint a different scene but this scene was soo inspiring

those little white sails against the water, ... and all the kids have fun learning

to sail. A great afternoon!

so a painting from yesterday, made in Amersfoort.

How things are changing over the years but also how things

stay the same, ...

Went today wit a colleague (Annelotte Fellinger) 

to a show from Hendrik Jan Wolter  After the visit we

tried to locate one spot he painted almost a 100 years ago

we did manege to find it but the scene was soo changed and

yet still so recognizable. a pity about the construction works

but a good reason to visit Amersfoort once more this autumn.
