Invasion of the Golden arches. Holland.

It's no plein air weather today,
strong wind from the north and gray as always.
I had some maintenance on my pochade to do
and a wonderful new book for Trevor Chamberlain.

So an day off, ..... that's the reason for not placing a DAILY painting
but a nocturnal, done somewhere last year.
McDonald's. Westervoort. Holland.
Oil on board. 9 x 12"

master,

have you painted this one really at
night? What did you use for light?

Will build a transportation device for
paintings tomorrow. I'll bring it along
on our next painting session...

Hi Jos,

Yes, painted it really at night.
That's great fun to do,... just
give it a try i would say.

I discovered that it is easy to have a so called led light with you
with maybe a headband attached to it. A normal torch for examining the right color, and a red torch/light to paint with, the last on is to preserve your night-vision.

I am looking forward to see your wet panel carrier.

BTW. Please stop calling me master.
