"Drilling into the Hondsbroeksche pley." Holland.

Drilling into the Hondsbroeksche pley.
They are rebuilding the whole area where I painted
often here in the Hondsbroeksche pley. All because
the effects of global warming, they reckon that the
Rhine and IJssel will bring more water in a shorter time-space
so to give the rivers more space they don't have to make the
dikes any higher, ....

Aah all in time this will be a lovely new build up nature, so
as every nature area here in Holland.

"Boren in de Hondsbroeksche pley." Westervoort, Holland.
(Drilling into the Hondsbroeksche pley.) Oil on board.
24 x 30 cm.
