A bit of a sad day today, .... sort of a memorial one.

No strength to paint, so just one from last week, ....

Great composition, René. I enjoy the 'conversation' between the sky and the river, it works very well in the foreground on the left, where the river looks up at the sky through the trees, reducing these to leafless stubs.

It was a gorgeous site, ... and then to paint it, you know living here in this flat land, with that kind of clouds, sometimes is just awesome to see the sunlight shine right underneath it, ...
