Rijnhaven, Holland.

Two today, ... the first one (the oil) I did the
last, ...just before the Sun sets it came through the
clouds, after a morning of rain, ...

Tomorrow rain an grey weather again, ... I am soo sick of that.

The oil is fabulous, you captured that moment very well, the sun just coming through a bit after a rainy day. And as for the watercolor, it looks like you're getting the hang of that too.
I guess rain means no bird songs in the morning? Cannot wait till they start singing here too, today rain over snow here, tomorrow 4more inches of snow....!

Yep Rene, rain, rain, rain, stormy weather (great song btw). I also am waiting for the sun to show up. I want to do some landscapes. We'll just have to wait for that and in the meantime practice on other things.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Rene.

It is grey in Canada too. You really captured the feelings of the scene beautifully. I like your watercolours very much and both paintings are excellent.

Cheers... andrew

Thank yo Marina,
No still birds singing luckily otherwise it would become depressive.

Héé Jiddje,
I can't get to practice on other thing, ... it just doesn't give me that same thrill as getting outside. But I am busy preparing numerously panels for this summer!!

Hi Andrew,
The thing about such a water-scene is, that you can't get on the right place, .. this one was quite tricky, with all the gear downstairs on a slippery ladder and than painting on some kind of dock, ... but it was dry!! That's all what mattered to me.
