Snow, snow and more snow! Arnhem, Holland.

It keep on snowing, and for me an lots of others it's a
joy!! Especially for the kids, you should know that a
few years back there where kids who didn't even knew
anymore what snow mend and how much fun it can be.
For other people it's a disaster, ... good luck for them.

These are delightful Rene, what a masterful use of 'flat light' especially in the top one - how do you keep your fingers from freezing though? It's just as snowbound in the UK

I especially like the painting of the snowy fields. Good for the children around Xmas, maybe not so good for the adults! Great work!!

It's nice to see some scenes of winter, the way it used to be.

These are great snow scenes Rene ! I hope you keep getting snow all winter so you can paint lots of them. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your snow paintings.

These snow scenes are as fresh and spontaneous as the children playing in them. Lovely.

Wow- these are truly beautiful Rene'.
I too am wondering how you keep your hands warm enough to paint in this weather. We are getting cold weather now, too- although I grew up in a warm climate & am not so used to this. I'm looking for all the suggestions I can get from 'cold weather pros'!!

Painting in cold weather, lots of artist have s posting about it now

a days on Wetcanvas plein air section > over there <  and

Roy Connelly had just posted a nice item about that.  > there <

Again thank you all for the nice words, but it's just the weather that makes

this all happening, I just passing it through.
