"Here I stand." Holland.

It's been a busy week together with Rob,
made much paintings about 3 a day, with a max
of 4 on one. For anybody who does plein air work,
knows how much work that is. But it's been a worth wild
effort!! This painting was the main blast on the 4 ones day.
The last one that day, just before sunset.
You can imagine what that would give for a feeling.
Being able to paint these kind of scene is a privilege.

"Hier sta ik." Meerkerk. (sold.)
(Here I stand.) Meerkerk, Holland.
Oil on board. 18 x 24 cm. 45 min.

Rene - I'm going to be featuring the get together with Rob plus your links page to other Dutch artists on your website on my weekly round-up post next Sunday. It sounds as if you both had a great time!

Hi Rene'
My father received your beautiful painting, he was so excited! He hung it in the living room right away. I didn't tell I purchased it for him, so imagine his surprise when he opened it! He is very delighted proud of it. Thank you not only for the incredible artwork, but getting it to him before the holiday. Very best wishes for a wonderful holiday and happy new year!
