"Wat een heerlijke morgen." Westervoort, Holland.

I love spring and autumn, when the sun shines that is.

The Sun shines not so bright and it's more often shallow
then in the summer, but the leaves and grass is still there,
compared to winter.

This all gives such a nice light, glow and atmosphere,
I just love it!

No matter how nice you house is and how pittoresque
your street in front of it is, you always can park your

of painting around in new areas. But luckily I have lots
of stuff to do at home and made some appointments with friends
to paint. To stay on the radar I place some work from
my last painting trip.

This was mostly made inside after a day on the heather
with lots of wind and rain, so you can imagine how nice

"De trouwfoto's." Loenen, Holland.

Sometimes you just have to be lucky, ...
but thinking about it, plein air painters usually are
mainly because they are takings "pictures" with a shutter time
of 2 hours or so. During that time everything can happen!

I was lucky here, when this newly wedded couple came by
with two little children to take some honeymoon photo's

Finally back!

Been away much to long, but what a time it was!
Painting painting painting, took some steps I think
at least so does it feel, ...

I painted much to much to upload at once and some
of them I have to give a second look, so bear with me
the upcoming days I will upload them (and taking some time
off for myself ;-))

Here the final painting made this morning at a great
steam festival with all kind of old locomotives and other
steam engines, ... to much to paint, ... such a pity.
