I've got my new Blue! Holland.

I experimented a little with a new color (for me that is)
Phthalo blue, ... and I like it a lot!
Not that it is just it, I have to get used to the strongness of this color.
It's a lot stronger than the cobalt blue I used normally.

"Maandagmorgen." Arnhem, Holland.
(Mondaymorning.)
Oil on board. 18 x 24 cm.

It a complexed building, ... I had to smile a little
before I got started because it felt like a huge challenge.

( Hotel Molendal.)

I hope I pulled it off, ... what do you think?

I like the new blue look Rene.

You could also use it to paint some snow scenes in Canada :)

Cheers.... Andrew

Yes,
keep smiling you pulled off the building, the week vacation with your girlfriend did you a lot of good. I am an artist myself and I am admiring your paintings for at least 1/2 year. You are one of my favorite
your oils are sincere, unique to yourself with a lot of character an personality , they stand out on the daily painter group. It is good that you tried new colors,(phtalo blue) you never know where it may leed you. I see Cooper Dragonette another of my favorite agree with me. By the way thank you very much for bringing to my attention that painter from the Faroes Island Pol Skardenni His oils ore uncredibly beautiful and majestic.
