"Tekenaar Eric." Loowaard, Holland.

The propeller I painted yesterday was from the boat of Eric
a fellow artist here, ...

He makes lovely etches and very detailed drawings also some on location
so he did yesterday, good time to paint him.

So here you go, one from yesterday.

"Tekenaar Eric." Loowaard, Holland.
(Drawer Eric.) Oil on panel.
24 x 30 cm.

The dappled sun on the umbrella is really nice!
He must be moving around quite a bit while drawing, he's making quite a splash/waves!
It's always nice to go out and paint with a fellow artist.
Good work! Ruth

Hehehehe Ruth you could think that
indeed. I asked him to splash a little to get this effect a bit. Otherwise the water was almost invisible.

could be that I exaggerated it a little too much.

Nice to see you around here, thanks.

Another different sort of subject! I admire the way that you paint a variety of subject-matter with such confidence.

i love the fact that
on the little pic the values work sooo well

all becomes abstract!
