"Once in a lifetime." Westervoort, Holland.

They renovating the main bridge over the IJssel to Arnhem, a larger
city near my hometown. This bridge is now closed for traffic and usually
you wouldn't dear to stand here for a second. But I had permission and it was
great fun, ... it's closed till October so who knows?

"Eens in je leven." Westervoort, Holland.
(Once in a lifetime.) Oil on panel. 24 x 30 cm.

So that's another building project to follow then. You're going to be busy!

It's interesting to see the bridge from that angle. Is this the famous 'Bridge Too Far' from World War II?

This is beautiful Rene. Thanks for sharing.
I have changed my blog to http://www.pencilsandbrushes.blogspot.com/ . My old blog address vd-art.blogspot.com is being used by someone else and it is appearing as VINAYAK DESHMUKH ART in everyone's bloglist which is not correct. Please make the necessary changes.
