Dear Rene, I had a frozen shoulder two years ago. Ouch. My advice is to take the anti-inflammatories right away. I delayed taking them because i don't like to take drugs, but in hindsight, that was a mistake. The NSAIDs are very helpful, and your shoulder will get better faster. It does get better!

How on earth did you do this in your condition?! How impressive! Can you try working from home instead for awhile, so you don't have to lug all your equipment around. I know it's not ideal, but I believe that I read about a painter who only ever painted the views from out of his windows, and had quite the prolific amount of work on it. I wish I remembered who that was, because it was really quite interesting! Bummer. But there really are so many things to be seen if we only have the eyes to see them, right? Perhaps it will help soothe the unquenchable urge to paint for awhile while giving your shoulder a break, if you can just try to paint plein air while gazing out your living room window for the time being. But either way, I'm praying you'll heal soon and that you'll get relief from your pain even sooner!

Thanks you all for these warm words, they are very appreciated.
It's getting better and with what it was last week it's an huge step better. The only part is that you constantly run against your paintpoint that's very annoying and exhausting, ow well I getting over this, I am sure about that. again thank you all so much.
