"Verlichte avond." Arnhem, Holland.

Its so soon night that there is only one thing to do, ... paint nocturnals!

Last time I wanted to paint this scene they didn't had the lights on,
but tonight they had, and there is even a Christmas tree, ... luck me!!

"Verlichte Avond." Arnhem, Holland.

Lovely - you capture the atmosphere... we need small notes of light in these dark days. Hey - go out and paint the full moon tonight - it is the biggest one for 15 years.. (if there is not too much cloud.) jane

Beautiful night scene. Looks like it would be rather difficult to get it right, but it works well! Bravo.

Very lovely. Great for a Christmas card. Your last several sketches are so good. The touches of red are the perfect accent for the cold weather scenes. Nice to document the old school, too.
